Ingredients:
– 1 pound of fresh strawberries
– 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Graham cracker crumbs (for coating)

Instructions:

1. Wash the strawberries under cold water and pat them dry with a clean towel. Make sure they are completely dry before proceeding.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and smooth.

3. Take one strawberry at a time and carefully cut off the stem end to create a flat surface for it to stand on later.

4. Using a small spoon or even your finger, scoop out some of the center of each strawberry to create space for the filling. Be careful not to remove too much flesh from the strawberry itself.

5. Fill each hollowed-out strawberry with about one teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture you prepared earlier.

6. Once all the strawberries have been filled, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs onto a plate or shallow dish.
