Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  2. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent, roughly 3-4 minutes.
  3. Introduce the garlic and jalapeno to the pot and continue to sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, lime juice, and then sprinkle in the cumin, chilli powder, and oregano.
  5. Add shredded chicken, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the pot. Mix everything together and let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  6. Once done, serve the chilli in bowls garnished with your choice of toppings.
