Seabourn Pursuit has unveiled a series of new dining experiences and cuisines for its passengers. The culinary offerings are curated by Seabourn’s acclaimed culinary team which includes Master Chef and Culinary Consultant Chef Anton Egger and Senior Corporate Chef Franck Salein.
Natalya Leahy, the president of Seabourn, emphasized their commitment to providing guests with world-class gourmet dining that complements their luxury expedition experience. She envisions guests cherishing their memories made onboard while indulging in gourmet meals, wine, or cocktails.
Dining options on the Seabourn Pursuit include:
- The Restaurant: The flagship dining venue that introduces two new recipes every week, resulting in more than 100 new dishes annually.
- The Colonnade: A relaxed setting for buffet or table service breakfast.
- Earth & Ocean: A special night event in the Colonnade offering dishes inspired by global flavors.
- The Patio: Ideal for alfresco lunch dining.
- Sushi in The Club: A dedicated place for fresh sushi.
- Seabourn Square: For those who enjoy specialty coffees, pastries, sandwiches, and homemade gelati.
- Pantry in the Bow Lounge: A go-to spot for light fare and beverages.
- Constellation Lounge: This lounge provides pastries, beverages, afternoon tea, and tapas during cocktail hour.
- 24-Hour In-Suite Dining: Enables guests to enjoy meals from The Restaurant’s menu in the comfort of their suite or private veranda.
The Seabourn Pursuit will commence its service on August 12, 2023. After a series of voyages in the Mediterranean, it will set its course towards the Caribbean.
