Ingredients:
- 2 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Activate the sauté function on your Instant Pot.
- Incorporate chicken, garlic, and onion into the pot and sauté for 4 minutes.
